RENOVATIONS AT ECOLE ELEMENTAIRE FELIX-LECLERC

This project was successfully completed during the 2025 summer school break and involved comprehensive electrical and mechanical upgrades for classrooms and new office areas. The scope of work included lighting, power, data cabling, fire alarm systems, emergency and exit lighting, UV units, and condensing units to support classroom and office environments.

The project also included the installation of new variable frequency drives (VFDs) and air conditioning units to ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems, as well as a new 250A 120/208V feed for the new panel serving the office areas. All work was completed in full compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, providing a modern, safe, and fully functional learning and working environment.
