SILVERCREEK PARK WASHROOM RENOVATIONS & PAVILION REPLACEMENT

We recently completed a full-scale electrical upgrade at Silver Creek Park’s Washrooms & Pavilion, creating a safe, efficient, and future-ready system for the community.
Our work included:
Relocating the existing meter and coordinating all utility connections
Installing a new 225A, 42-circuit panel with breakers
Routing conduit and distributing power to all building circuits
Providing dedicated feeds for the pavilion, walkway lighting, and utility outlets
Relocating and reconnecting irrigation controllers
Installing universal time clocks for lighting, doors, and ERVs
Upgrading underground service from 100A to 200A with new PVC ducting
Performing trenching, duct installation, compaction, and asphalt restoration
Coordinating seamlessly with all trades and meeting all local authority requirements
This project demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality electrical installations that meet today’s safety standards and the growing needs of our community spaces.
